Compare fabric widths before buying For a digital cutting job, compare the same pieces at the widths your fabric comes in. Madegrain's PatternNest example uses eight Teagan body and sleeve cuts: 2.10 m at 140 cm width and 3.48 m at 110 cm. These are calculated single-layer layouts for this size and these settings, not a fabric requirement for another pattern. Neck strips need extra fabric. You can download either prepared project, open it in PatternNest and recalculate it free. Keep the quantities, 1 cm edge margin, 1 cm gap and grain direction unchanged when comparing widths. Check the original pattern for markings and cutting instructions.
